While usually out of my price range, they did a great job helping me with a new modem/router combo. Great service and excellent warranty offer. Just usually not within my price range. This time, though, it was great.

Just bought a 32 GB ram vengeance RGB pro from Best Buy and they had it in a display case on a rack for 99. I told them I wanted that one, they picked it out and then the guy told me he wouldn't price match it so I had to pay the the 180 only because one of them were on the rack, anywhere else they will price match it for them making a mistake. Never going to Best buy again!
First time using the curbside pickup!!! The check in was easy to find and access in my email. The actual check in process was very quick. Just a few questions about where I was parked and car info. They had my monitor out and in my trunk within 2 minutes. Will use again!
Liked the help but was given info into spending 100 more than I needed too and the ipad wasn't the right tools for my needs!!
So pushy. Some people know what they need but these people will not take that as an answer. I typically avoid the store at all costs. If I do go I get plain old rude. It’s like car shopping, I know what I want/need and I will find u if I need help. Ugh
