My wife and I just purchased our first travel trailer from Ron Potts RV, and our experience was outstanding! Our salesman Russ did a great job of showing us trailers with the options we were looking for within our budget. Thank you Russ. Once we found exactly what we were looking for Ron was there to walk us through the business side of owing a RV. Thanks for all the advice Ron. Next came pick up day. This is where I believe this faith based company separates themselves from the larger dealers. The ladies in the store were very helpful with the accessories we would need. Finally Chuck was the man who got us from ot having a clue\ to \still clueless but ready to try\ He did an amazing job showing us everything about our camper. He got my truck set up perfectly and answered all the questions we had for 3 hours. Thanks for your patients Chuck. Thank you to the entire team at Ron Potts RV. We have had a fantastic experience dealing with Russ Conley and Ron Potts RV! We visited twice and it was low pressure each time. The third visit was the charm and we placed an order for a Flagstaff Micro Lite 25BDS. If we weren't in a pandemic, they probably would have had one in stock. It was a four month wait (not the dealership's fault - just a sign of the times) and Russ kept us updated on the build and delivery dates. The dealership stays in close contact with the manufacturer to shepherd the process. We were impressed that during the dead of Winter with highways being a snowy/salty mess, Ron's team presented our camper to us in an immaculately clean condition (just like the facility itself). The delivery inspection/orientation was much more than we had hoped for. All of our questions were very knowledgeably answered and we learned many things that we didn't even know to ask about despite our months of watching YouTube videos. Russ is a long-time camper himself and knows what he's talking about. He'll give you the straight scoop on do's and don'ts of camping. Ron, Russ, Mary Lou, Kerry, Chuck, and Larry were all a delight to work with and I hope we'll have many more years of doing business together. One last note, we did tons of research and decided a Flagstaff model would be best for us. You get a ton of value in these well engineered, well built travel trailers. We have only driveway camped in it so far, but we are thrilled with our purchase.

Wonderful experience at Ron Potts RV! Russ Conley was great to work with and found us the perfect travel trailer. He took the time to show us the RV in detail and since we are new to travel trailers, allowed us to video how to use the RV - from the hitch to the appliances to the outside shower! He and Ron even met us after hours to complete paperwork and do the walkthrough because of my work hours. I would absolutely recommend Ron Potts RVs. Thanks for your expertise!

We visited a larger dealer when we began looking for a travel trailer. However, we didn't feel comfortable with them. I visited Ron Potts RV and by the end of that visit, I knew this is where we would buying our trailer. Simply put, Russ was outstanding. He spent over 2.5 hours educating me on the trailers and basic financing. Having never owned an RV before, his sharing of his knowledge with me was greatly appreciated. No mention of making purchase, he just wanted to share information with me. My wife returned with me 4 days later and he spent just as much time with us, answered every question that my wife had. He even stayed well past closing time with us to make sure we were fully informed. Basically he spent like 5 hours, total, maybe more, showing us around. Unlike the larger dealer, we felt very comfortable. When we decided to purchase, he, and others, went above and beyond training us on all aspects of our new camper....inside and out...and, once again, past closing time. Russ treated us with honesty and respect. Something that seems to missing all to much in today's society. If you are thinking about purchasing your own RV, you owe it to yourself to visit Russ at Ron Potts RV before you make a final decision on where you are going to purchase.
