Great experience overall with housing. Units may be older, but are very clean with great appliances. Newer A/C and heat system in my unit. Maintenance very responsive to address any issues. Great value for the area if you also want to avoid time commuting. Kudos to Ms. Carissa Thomas (Resident Specialist) for her great customer service to answer all questions as they came up.
