Wouldn’t even rate it a one if I didn’t have to. Shirley at front desk is extremely rude. She and argues with me every time I go there over me providing my orders... I’m AGR, the orders have been on file many years. She’s also very rude on the phone and could absolutely care less on helping people. Currently on hold with her for over 20 minutes...My tooth broke off and trying to see if the dentists there do veneers..simple question. She told me she’s busy and to call back tomorrow- or I could stay on hold for another 20 min. Just pay the and go to a civilian dentist.. the personnel here have no interest in looking out for veterans.

This place is afraid of responsibility. I recently asked for a bite adjustment cause i was in pain. They turned me away with the excuse that doctors frown upon this. I have been going to this place for 5 years now. I wish i didnt have to. Do not let your dependents come here unless you are desperate.
