Avoid Beachwood South if you plan on moving on base unless you like mold and constant maintenance issues.

The person helping us with the move our inspection was great! And our time in the home was great. HOWEVER, I had short orders and I was doing training/in the field, where I received my hard copy even later and didn’t even have leave days set, but I got charged over 500 because we are a few days late for the 30 day notice. But when trying to explain the situation it didn’t matter. They only cared about the date on the orders even though that’s not when I personally got them.

Watch out for your final move out paper works, and they were playing games and tricks with us, which we are disputing charges of 1200 additional payment for resurfacing a bathtub. And the ridiculous part was, We never allowed meeting with the final inspection person at the apartment and examined the damages together. Instead, they told us that we don't need to be there; we can just leave the key at the office. Lincoln Military housing needs to understand that they are not the only property managing company out there. I am curious when is next RFP for on-base housing development, I think there should be accountability for this malpractice Also, U.S Army should consider more than one developer for an on-base housing project instead of giving all the eggs to one basket !!!! Lincoln Property deserves a HALF Star.

It took four months for the house to be ready because they were \cleaning and sanitizing\ they failed to vaccum the carpet and there is dog hair everywhere. I am allergic to dog hair so it's been so much fun dealing with all the scratchy throat, hives and watery eyes. This was just from a quick rub through of the carpet.
