The Famcamp facility at one time was tops, the best ever visited. That is pre-joint base. Now we rate this camp good - too many Army rules!

No reflection on the base, but someone representing themselves as Staff Sgt Barbara Persons is running a truck selling scam and part of the scam states she is being transferred to Alaska and needs the monry for a house thete. If such person exists, they should be prosecutex for fraud and brought up on charges in military court also. Beware of offers that seem to good to be true.
I am from North Carolina and bought a 2004 chev from a lady calling herself SSgt Samantha Goodman and her helper James V Courtney had me send them 4,000 .00 and eBay would ship the truck to me I had told her I was buying the truck due to my cancer it was my dieing wish to have this make and model truck well they got my money and I got nothing no truck no more emails NOTHING. It's a sad sad day when people impersonate our military to steal from a dieing Marine mother. JUST SAD SAD SAD. These 2 individuals need help that only God can give them.... No more faith in this fab.
