I had some serious sinus issues that unfortunately made my quality of life very poor (and my issues started at 20!) I couldn't smell, tatse or breathe right. I was using my inhaler almost daily. Dr. Patel listened to my concerns, and after a few years with treatment, allergy drops and some medicine changes I feel like I've never felt before. I can smell, tatse and I breathe just fine! I haven't used an inhaler in over 6 months! I've never had a doctor change my life so much for the better. If you're having sinus issues more than just your average sniffles from a cold go see Dr. Patel. He will make sure you are on your way to breathing right and having less allergies! I can't recommend a doctor enough.

I had horrible trouble with my sinuses after pneumonia and no sense of smell. Dr Patel took his time at each visit. Sinus surgery and then allergy drops. I had no idea I was in such bad shape and that so much could be done . Got some of my smell back surprisingly and go every three months for allergy drop testing. It's better than going the allergy shot route... fewer visits and even though it is more out of pocket it's working extremely well.

I will never go to them again. Their billing department is a joke. They tried charging me 1400 and telling me my balance is going to collections if I don’t pay in 10 days. They sent my claim to the wrong insurance company and told me my insurance company denied the claim which wasn’t true at all since they never sent it to my insurance company. When I first went to them they told me it would be a simple procedure to fix my issue. I went to get a cat scan and an allergy test and then all the sudden it turned out their solution was going to go into see them every week for a shot for next 3 years. What an absolute joke of a place this is. I highly recommend going somewhere else if I were you.

At my recent appointment, Dr. Gartlan was kind, a good listener, addressed each of my recent health concerns in detail and provided me with information regarding his exam findings. I did not feel rushed and had a clear understanding of his diagnosis. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Gartlan. Bring a book, snack or water as you may expect a mild wait time due to him not rushing his exams or explanations with his patients. I felt his staff was equally kind and attentive.

Recieved a call to come in early because of cancellations. I rushed to leave work early to accommodate their schedule but ended up waiting 2 hours to be seen. They spent 95% of my office visit (which was 5 minutes) justifying my wait. Took a quick look at me to say nothing is wrong. Then I get a 156 bill for the visit.
