Terrible management at all levels. Never helpful unless its about paying the rent. Takes forever for any type of maintenance which is surprising because at the lease signing Donna bragged about how many units they manage, the over 20 years experience and how great they are. Please read reviews before signing a lease with this management company. If you see a 5 star review here its either from staff or a very lucky person that never had any issues with their apartment .

In the beginning when we signed up for Celtic Management they where good. I feel as they grew they where getting very sloppy. Sloppy by not returning phone calls, emails and it got to the point where we had to call them and ask have you done this or that. Now, we are a small association and I feel they do not wish to deal w/small associations. We have left Celtic about 1 1/2 yr ago are association thought we left on good terms & they did say they would help us out if we had any problems. Well, that is not the case. We had spent over 12,000.00 for french drains put in & the problem was not resolved(yes we where w/Celtic at the time) now since we have gone & left we have tried numerous amounts of times to get our actual receipt from when the work was completed. Tim sent us the proposal and we stressed that was the proposal we need the actual! We had emailed both Donna, Tim, Nikki, Jake we have even stopped in BUT, every time we get the answering service or a run around. I will admit this is our fault and we should of gotten all the paperwork before we left! For all you out there when or if you choose to leave please gather all your papers and have your ducks lined up in a row! I therefore would not recommend this management company to many family members under 1 roof!!!

Complete and utter lack of any and total professionalism. Company that has zero respect for the people that rent from them. No sort of organization in theyre managment system. Cant even figure out parking situation within they're own properties. If you ever have you use these people run, save yourself while you can.

They are the worst can't contact them, the never call back. It took 65 days after I move out to get a partial security deposit back with no reason of why they keeping my money all I get is excuses after excuses. Also unit 1 at 630 Midland lights are hooked up to the 4 garages and they not trying to pay me for 2yrs of paying the utilities for garage. They are supposed to manage these properties but every time I needed or call them for anything they have to always contact the owners. The owner has your security deposit but I didn't give the owner my money. They are ridiculous do not rent from them!

This company blows. We own a unit and Celtic Property Management “manages” the community. They are more than willing to leave notes on common doors, the homeowners doors and send letters but when it comes to answering the phone or returning calls.. they are too busy. They must always be out of the office dealing family emergencies. I advise property managers and employees that work for the company to not call/text homeowners on personal cell phones. It’s very unprofessional. Especially when the homeowner reaches out to the property management company using that phone number to only be told they shouldn’t be reaching out as that is their personal number. P.S the hallway/stairwell leading up to our unit looks like section 8 housing. It’s embarrassing when people come to visit. When we bought our unit we were informed the hallways would be painted and the carpet would be replaced in spring.. it is now coming to the end of summer and it still looks like low income housing.
