Great food, good service at this location. It would be 5 stars of their prices hasn't gotten so out of control over the past 10 years. They went from \the best burger under 5 bucks\ according to a prominent food magazine, whose article all the stores displayed, to 10 dollars for a burger. It's pretty ridiculous.

You always know what kind of quality to expect when you choose five guys. Its always pretty good. Joliet can ruin some nice restaurants but this one hasn't been tarnished yet. Its pretty good. The burgers are hott and the drinks are cold. And the fries. Who doesn't like fresh cut fries? And the Cajun seasoning, OMG. Its really is the best.
Always fast and friendly. A little pricey, but honestly, they make the best burgers. And the French fries cut fresh!! Whatttt! They know how to pack in the flavor, along with a very decent portion of food that you get, makes the price seem more reasonable. Definitely good for a hot meal, handmade in front of you, a quick bite. A date night. For just the two of you, or the whole family! Definitely will return!

Big Thank you to the manager Jessie at joliet location! At first we were a bit disappointed because we just spent 70 and the whole order was wrong but when I called and spoke to Jessie he completely made the whole situation 1000 times better! Great customer service from start to finish! Thank you Jessie for the taking AMAZING care of us!
