I have been using Home Instead in Joliet for about 2 months for in-home care for my parents who are 98 years old and have dementia and Alzheimers Disease. EVERYONE I have worked with at Home Instead - Joliet have been very good, very organized, very professional and very dedicated in their care of my parents. I highly recommend them for in-home care.
I applied, got a interview & was invited to to do a second interview from 8:30a-4:30p. I waited for a LONG PERIOD OF TIME for KellyAnn to give me a call about a client and I never received a call about a client or received a schedule . I called almost everyday, I tried to weigh it out every couple of weeks but NO ONE reached back out to me . According to Ms. Bell “ you should start work by the end of the week” I have been waiting to hear back from Home Instead since July! It is now NOVEMBER.
I have worked for Home Instead for almost 3 years years now and it has been a wonderful experience. I enjoy working for a company that focuses on providing quality care to each and every client we service.
