Turn in off the main road and drive between the buildings to check in. You stop at the stop sign and there is a number to text to check in. They will send you a link to start the check in process. That process consists of taking pictures of your bills, drivers license info and company name. Once you’ve done that they will call you and give you a door. Slide tandems back, no need to chock or disconnect air lines even though it says so in check in instructions. Once you’re finished being unloaded they will send another link via text for the check out process, once that’s completed they’ll call you and tell you you’re good to go. Overall I was there a little over 3 hours.

Good place to load. Got here just under an hour before appointment. Gave me a door right away. Started loading immediately. Nice people both at check in and in the warehouse. The place is organized and clean too. Lots of room to move around. In and out in about an hour. A job well done

Decent place. Helpful staff. Because of covid you check in and out by texting 6789 to their posted number at Shipping and Receiving. They'll text you a link for you to check in on. Your phone must be up to snuff if delivering. You take pics of your paperwork to submit to them via the link. You will need enough memory on your phone or tablet to do this. If not, they have another number to call to talk to the staff. Security guard can also send pics for you. If picking up, you have the option of having them e-mail your paperwork to you or getting hard copies up front.

Arrived 4hrs early for appointment. Got door right away.. Too bad it still took total of 6 hrs to get out. Could have been nice to get out earlier.

I arrived at 7:45 for a 7:30 appointment they got me in a door unloaded and done by 8:30 good service I’ll come here anytime the supervisor kept his word about a quick unload.
