Would like to address that the agents need to support their customers. 42 years with State Farm and I was basically called a liar by corporate 2 times. Lack of communication, incorrect data on policies etc., not sure what's happened to their company, however after 2 months of emails, phone calls, talking to 5 different people. They did not cover my grocery bill, or damage to my car, I have to pay them to get it fixed. The person reviewing the bills cannot read a receipt, nor will they tell me how they read it???? Truly disappointed in their lack of support and the way this was handled. A true waste of time by everyone. Total stress fest for 2 months. The adjustor even accused me of breaking my garage door, when you can clearly see what happened.

the most USELESS insurance i’ve ever had !!! i’ve been using state farm every since i’ve started driving, moved to illinios ( thought it would be the same GREAT insurance i had ) well , since i had 2 tickets. and i used towing WHICH WAS A PART OF MY INSURANCE, THEY ARE CANCELLIMG MY INSURANCE FOR IT !!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!! i will make sure i spread the word becuase it was an absolute rip off even going here!!!
