I really enjoyed the class! I have been wanting to take a class like this when I was much younger! The instructor was awesome and very patient with her two people it was really nice would go back again for the next class when they have one!

This will be my 2nd semester at JJC. Due to covid the school is not open, so all bookstore orders are placed online. Well 2 of my packages were sent to an old address (UPS fault). I filed a claim on both packages and quickly contacted the school. UPS has been hard to deal with but the bookstore coordinator has been AMAZING. He has been communicating with me and UPS very well and is even working with me on replacing my orders since the investigation is not moving along as fast as it should. They have a lot on their plate with getting out hundreds of orders a day but they still make sure their students get the help they needs along the way and make sure everything gets taken care of quickly and properly. Amazing job. Keep up the great work. Special thanks to Art for everything he has done to help make this process as stress free as possible.

Stay away!!! The whole staff should be fired. The whole staff is in disagreement with each other, and you're the one who pays the price. You're lucky if you get any clear answer. They don't reply to your emails and if they do, they give you cryptic responses. The phone always sounds like they're losing signal.
