I will never call anyone other than Mr Electric for my electrical needs. I was faced with an unsafe fuse box and an expense that was very unexpected. Jeff, Marty, and Justin were AMAZING!!! They truly cared about my situation and took care of the work immediately as well as worked directly with the insurance company to ensure I could sleep safely at night. Not only do they represent their company well, they also are truly great people. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

It was a rainy night, lots of wind and lightning and then the inevitable happened all power was lost. The power lines outside my house were on fire and was making a horrific noise. The power company came out and replaced the lines that burnt and everyone on the block had power except for me. After a little investigating I realized my house was damaged from the power surge. I sat in the dark and called around to try find a electrical company to come fix my house. David from Mr. Electric Of Naperville was the only one to call me back and came out the following morning which was very impressive. David is extremely nice and easy to work with. David's associate Marco was a pleasure to speak with and is very good at what he does. The entire breaker box, outside power supply and power outlets throughout my house were replaced. If you are having electrical problems stop looking at other electrical companies and give David a call right now. Mr. Electric Of Naperville was a pleasure to deal with.
Jeff and his crew were very prompt and professional installing a new meter, conduit, and electrical panel after we experienced devastating damage from the tornadoes that touched down in our area. I would definitely use them again for any electrical issue! Thank you Mr.Electric!
