Called and the person answering the phone told me they were open 24/7. Trip planned and showed up at 12:30 am only to find them closed.
Cant give negative stars but I'll tell you now I got there never got a wash out because the guy that did the paperwork at 4:45 or 5:00 said he'd have someone get on it 15 min sitting in front of a door and they still had not started to wash it out so I walk back inside and he's on the computer and the other 2 guys are playing on cell phones so I just regained my payment and left since he couldn't figure out to get the guys to do a job they will never get my business and I'll encourage anyone to never go see those lazy clowns
If you have a reefer or a van do not go there to wash your stuff 50 bucks for just a floor wash I found the dirt on the walls, he told me he can't do it they only do floor, rip off! shity job. never again Qualla... for what did I pay fifty bucks for?
