S&W Floors is very, very good! If you are reading this review, there's no need to go anywhere else. Our realtor used S&W Floors for her home remodel and offered them as a recommendation for refinishing our floors. Our floors were trashed from years of dogs, kids and day to day living. We live in every inch of our home and the floors were in incredibly rough shape. We had them refinished about 15 years ago, but the individual who did them, did a very poor job. He actually made the floors worse. I wish I knew of S&W Floors back then because I would have definitely used them. Lyle (Owner) was very accommodating with scheduling a time to come out and provide a quote. The pricing was competitive and the workmanship is impeccable. Our floors look better than they did when we first built our home! Lyle is a perfectionist and will treat your floors as if they are in his own home. Great group of guys...very good job, and very trustworthy. We left to take our daughter back to college in TN and left him and his crew with the code to our home. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a quality job, professional demeanor and good pricing.

So glad I chose S&W. Lyle did an outstanding job explaining the different stains and finishes and we went with the Swedish Finish and couldn't be happier. I have attached a before (left) and after (right) and you can see how the grain pops compared to our old stain and finish. Lyle and his team were top notch and they followed up after the job and we were so pleased. Not trying to reiterate another reviewer but it's true, you would be crazy not to chose S&W for your floors. It is definitely a craft and if you want the best floors, go with them!
Lyle did an amazing job with 17 yr old oak flooring. He brought it back to life and was able to add an additional 200 sq ft and you can't tell the difference. I wish we would have done this sooner. Rates were about 1/2 what others wanted to charge and he was careful, and respectful with my home throughout the process. He was prompt, cleaned up, excellent communication, thoughtful, and reasonable throughout the project. Highly Recommend.
This company (very professional) just finished my floors and the final product is amazing. Great color, durable finish and easy to work with.
Had a great experience. Lyle and his team did a great job at adding in new hardwood to our existing and making it all look new. Great communicator, timely, and great work!
