We recently got married at The Grand Ballroom and I cannot say enough nice things about the venue, Taylor, and the team that worked that day and night! Taylor was a dream to work with- she was always so kind and patient with us and all of the questions I had during our long engagement. She was always very detailed and prompt in her responses, willing to meet with us whenever we needed, and always presented different options and ideas! We are going to miss working with her! The team that worked the night of the wedding was absolutely amazing. Everyone was very polite and on top of everything! Whether it was setting up, taking down, service, etc. there was always someone around if there was a question. If you are on the fence about the venue, I highly recommend that you go check it out in person so you can see for yourself how special the space is and the potential it has to be the wedding of your dreams!

The venue was great for my nephew's wedding. Food was good and staff as well. The only problem was the elevator to take some people who couldn't climb stairs. It lead you down a hallway which in turn then brought you outside. It wasn't raining or snowing but would be terrible if had to go through that just to get in to where reception area was.

I can’t say enough good things about this venue. We got married on October 26, 2019 and held our reception here. It is such a unique place compared to having a banquet hall. It didn’t need much decor because the place speaks for itself. We loved it so much and booked it right away. It was also the only venue we saw in person. The price was affordable compared to what I’ve seen other couples pay for much less (and more money!) in terms of aesthetic appeal and food. From the beginning we had a wonderful experience with Brett and then when he left for another opportunity Taylor was just as great. They were very responsive to messages. I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on. The food was delicious!! Much better than banquet food. We got compliments on it from our guests. They were gracious enough to let us borrow their step and repeat for our photo booth and I was worrying about who would light our candles for us but I was happy to see they took care of all of that. We used their recommend DJ, Tone productions and they did a stellar job. It is difficult to hear with echos but I feel it’s very dependent on who is speaking. Make sure whoever is speaking during speeches knows they have to speak slowly and very clearly. I definitely recommend this venue for your wedding and if it’s not available, their golf club near Romeoville is also just as beautiful!

What an amazing venue! Quite the gem in the middle of Joliet. The old station is absolutely amazing and the catering was delicious!
