My kids all have Jon Hart they have received as gifts. Super cute! However, the clear bags look gross in no time with little use. My main complaint is the website. I have attempted to order from it no less than ten times over the past month and with the constant pop ups telling me to contact customer service I quit every time. I have resulted to (when it is the only thing one of my kids wants to give as a gift) ordering from Neiman Marcus. At least their site is consistent and actually costs about 5 less! There are so many other options out there!

I have friends who love Jon Hart and have shown me their items that they have had for years! I was super excited so I ordered an ID wallet and makeup bag. Both came a few weeks after ordering them (prior to the pandemic) and I loved them. However a few weeks after having the wallet the metal hardware clasp broke completely off revealing some unsightly glue. It seems as though the craftsmanship for my wallet was nothing to the one I compared of my friends. I reached out via email to the repair team to see what could be done and they said they would need photos of the damages before it could be fixed. I still love the look of this wallet but I do not have the time (they say 4-8weeks I’d wait time). I purchased similar hardware kit from amazon for 11.00 and fixed the wallet myself. The wallet was over 50. I now love my newly fixed (by me) wallet but I will not be purchasing from them again since their craftsmanship seems to be inconsistent with their items.

Used to be you would wait a month to get your product, but now they're shipping out orders within the same business week while the product is the same great quality as always. It was worth the wait before, but now you're wasting your time looking anywhere else. If you like to buy a product for life, go with Jon Hart
