I had a Humidifier part replaced which was under warranty for 5 years. The part went bad after only 1 year. The repair technician told me that he had to charge me for the part up front and that if it's still under warranty, I should call the office to get a rebate for the fee - since he doesn't handle warranty issues. I've called them at least 5x since March and each time they've acknowledged the part is under warranty and that I should get a refund and that they will contact their Accounting Department to rebate me the 145. Here it is July and they are not refunding the money or calling me. Each time they've told me that they will 'call me the next day' to confirm the status. They have not called me once. I've asked to speak to a manager and was told that the lady that answers the phone is the manager. Really? I find that hard to believe. Very disappointed with their poor customer service. It's only 145, come on. If you'd just live up to your promises to refund, keep the customer informed, and do just a little customer service at the office, i have no other complaints with them. Their technicians are very nice and very knowledgeable. Hoping they remedy this issue. I don't think i can renew my annual service contract with such a company.

The tech was early (not to early, like 15 minutes) and did my furnace check in no time. He was nice and answered the few questions I had. Griffith has been nothing but helpful in the year that I've had service with them.
I wish there was ZERO star... If you want to become a customer of Jones Rogers, good luck. I bought an AC unit from them back in 2010. The buying experience was good. Easy negotiation and installation went smooth. However, the repair process was horrible. The motor on the outside unit failed, so I called them since it was still under warranty. I don't know where they ordered the part from, but it did not arrive for 2 WEEKS (including days with 90F, and we have small baby -- imagine that). I called them everyday, but they had NO CLUE when it would arrive. All the lady said was "I left them a message". She did not even bother getting a tracking number or pushing them to re-send the part. When the part finally arrived, I asked for a discount for the repair for the delay, and she, of course, said "No". So, if you want to deal with them, Good Luck! but not me anymore. Oh, by the way, they close early EVERYDAY, so don't get surprised if you get a voice mail service before their closing time --- and they never call you back. You just get your day wasted. I have been doing business with Jones-Rogers for 9 years and they never let me down. Their techs are knowledgeable, communicate with me clearly, and always clean up before they leave my home.
The Griffiths tech seemed knowledgeable and was pleasant & efficient. I've never had a problem with Griffiths in the many years they have serviced my HVAC.
Richard is an awesome technician! He is knowledgeable and friendly!
If i could give 0 stars i would it has been 3 weeks and they still have not came to service my facilities ac units they promise days that the technician will be out and he never shows up stay away from this company at all costs
