STAFF AND MS. CO CO WAS VERY FUN TO WORK WITH. EVERY ONE AT MY EVENT (250 ) AND MY STAFF LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT, SO MUCH THAT I'LL BE DOING BUSINESS WITH HER ONCE AGAIN IN OCT FOR MY BIRTHDAY.

very very very rude over the phone!!! The lady that picked up the phone needs proper training on costumer service!!! Before I could fully get out my question she yelled at me and hung up the phone!!

I tried to call to get prices for a reception that I am having next year and the woman who answered the phone was so unbelievably rude. I am shocked that this is a real business. She told me that I was not having a real event and that I was just trying to get her prices. For some strange reason she thought that I was playing on her phone. I even tried to call her back to clear up things and she would not let me speak, she told me to call another event facility, and she hung up in my face. I would never give my business to someone with that kind of attitude. She had no regard for a potential customer. I'm really in shock.
