So this was my first time ever having to bail anyone out of jail and I was very emotional because it was my son. I arrived at location and the woman that I dealt with was a middle-aged black woman I think her name was Mrs. Lisa. She was phenomenal! I didn't know the process or understand anything and she explained everything to me! She worked most expeditiously and I didn't have any wait time- everything was just perfect! All I'm doing now is waiting on a courtesy call so that I can go and pick up my son. I thank you Anytime Bail Bonds for making this a smooth process for me.

Even though we weren't able to get a bail bond, the lady who helped us was very nice, respectful and gave actual information when asked.
I originally had paid to bond one of my family members out but decided not to after some other legal matters needed to be resolved so I asked for a refund on August 1st and was told to anticipate the refund in about 7-14 days. So I waited until the 13th and started calling to advise the bonding company that I still have yet to receive the refund by mail. At that time I was advised it was sent out on August 12... which is completely different information that I was advised of to begin with. So I waited another week and followed up again... the staff was rude and told me to be patient and they have no control over the mail. The following Friday I called again during day shift and informed them once again I have not received the refund. I asked them repeatedly to confirm the address that it was sent to but each person responded saying “we have no way to see that information and that it only provides the check number and date it was mailed.” So again I was left without answers. So I called back a few hours later after the mail delivery in my neighborhood and asked can someone PLEASE tell me what address it was sent to because it shouldn’t have taken so long to receive it just coming from Augusta....at that time I was advised that the bonding company had sent it out to the wrong address in error....ON THEIR PART. They never apologized and then told me they can’t expedite it and that I have to wait another 2 weeks. This is absurd and they were ALL UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD BE DISCIPLINED ON HOW TO MANSGE PROFESSIONALISM IN SUCH A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT. In the meantime, today is August 27th and still no refund. I would not advise anyone to go there if you have other options. The service was horrible and once they took my money from me , they were in no rush to return it as requested. I’ve never had this experience with a bonding company and I pray to never have to go through this again. Quality of service——negative 1 !!!!!

LISA is VERY rude and unprofessional. I called in & asked for the name. As I was attempting to ask if she wanted last name first, I was rudely interrupted then abruptly placed on hold, then hung up on. I called back several times and she just kept placing me on hold. I called from a different number, and she answered. She recognized my voice and then placed me on hold again!! You all just lost a possible client and several more because word of mouth travels!! If I could rate this place a 0, I would!! If you like poor customer service, then this is the perfect place.
