The man I bought my car from brought it here for testing before selling it,if it didn't pass emissions he'd have to refund my money. However when I bought from the guy I asked the dealer, why the engine, and transmission lights were coming on he said they shouldn't be however it passed emissions,My mechanic said it shouldn't have passed with those warning signs coming on, I just wanna know did it pass the test legally? Because if not I can sue the dealer for selling me a car on false pretenses, being deceitful, I'd hate to think that, but ppl.do all kinds of things to make a buck these days!!

They pretty much get you in and out as fast as possible. Of course the line was long bcuz of the position of the entrance is awkward but nothing I haven’t sat in before at other places. Person servicing me was nice and informative I asked a few questions and she was able to assist me.

They advertise as closing at 6:30pm. I arrived in the 6:00 hour, maybe 6:19. I was rudely acknowledged by a man waving his hand at me in efforts to shoo me away. I pulled forward and asked did they not close at 6:30; he told me he doesn’t want to service me because he was trying to leave and if he were to service my car, it would be close to 6:30 when he finished. Horrible customer service if you ask me! Won’t be doing business here.

My car failed to pass as it needed to be driven 100 miles for the computer to reset, and when I went to retest the computer had still not completely reset so they told me to wait a day or two and try again. I really appreciated them doing the diagnostic without using my free retest as that saved me from having to pay for a new test next time, and that speaks well of their management, employees, and their customer service philosophy...

The new inspector is somewhat pleasant to deal with but seems to the lack sense of urgency. He’s steady having unnecessary conversations with people thus making people wait time longer. Don’t let chitchat affect your job; once the emission process is complete, discharge the customer and move to the next!!!
