We had an excellent experience. Their team could not have done a better job. We are so grateful we had the opportunity to honor Ray in such a meaningful way. Thank you! I highly recommend this funeral home.

My family used Ford Stewart to handle the funeral of our mother in mid-October 2017. The staff were compassionate, professional and very competent. They guided us through the process of preparing for the funeral that was to occur 2 days later. They handled all aspects of the preparation of our mother for the open casket viewing. Her makeup was perfect and reflected her personality. The slide show was wonderful as well. The graveside burial was also well done. They anticipated our needs and were very helpful in answering our questions. I highly recommend them.

At first I thought, what a beautiful place and such a graceful faculty. Yet when it comes to the president Darren Ford I eagerly regreted attend the event at hand. One of the family member's of the deceased had a drink in the viewing room. Now someone in their state isn't one to look at signs, one specifically stating no drinks. At first he went to forcefully grab the drink, but she grabbed it up before he had the chance. He told her about the rule and she clearly stated that she would go outside with her drink in hand. Apparently she didn't move fast enough because he then shifted to a rude tone and began harassing her. She then went outside to keep peace and he still followed her out. He continued to get in her face. She talked back in a calm tone. That's when he threatened to have her removed and called the police. Earlier him and other workers shouted to two other attending family member's, \ where we're you raised? Tuck your shirts in!\ I can understand that if they were to even remotely nicely state it ,but no. Their tone was rude and uncalled for. I highly recommend choicing another funeral home. Funerals are for family's to comfortablely mourn and this facility obviously doesn't concern themselves with the feelings of those in grief.
