They are very rude I called to ask a question not knowing if the place had kids. The lady was so rude.

I can see how places like this go under the radar for so long. For the most part, people in their right ninds don't want anyone to know their life got so low they even needed a shelter. Second most of the humans in there are people we have a tendency to disregard their opinions anyhow. I will say it is a sad day when a NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION can charge you CASH to live at a facility that is being compensated by the federal government to assist their residents. I'm currently on tour, repping for the low life...

Called to inquire after receiving their info from a resource center and whom every answered the phone didn't listen at all to what I was asking and was very rude with an attitude. I guess nowadays with certain places they want to appear to look helpful when it's not really about helping others but themselves \Big Business\ I guess. Guess everybody is catching hell and you just have to strap up your boots and help yourself the best you can nowadays... I wish them well though, that was a sign it wasn't meant for me to be.

I called into the center today to inquire about the general requirements for the program. An older lady answered the phone and was very under professional to say the least. She came off very argumentative and would not allow me to ask questions. I was asking for a friend so that I could pass the info along however she kept saying, “‘ma’am I can’t give out second hand information.” I informed her that I was trying to find out if there was availability there. Before the conversation ended, she said ma’am can you have her call in, I corrected her and said it’s for a male and she said they don’t service males. In the end, if she had answered my initial question of what the criteria/requirements were we could have ended the convo sooner. Moving forward old lady, when you work for an organization and you are the person answering the phone please know that it’s great to have good customer service and it doesn’t cost anything to be nice!!!!!
