The car Insurance rental was not working with us. So I called them for the requirements and they said they would help. Show enough they did and gave what they had and told me to come back for better upgraded car. The service was great everytime I call or visit this place. I had a problem with the a car, ask to get another one with no problem. Great customer Service for me and my family.

On October 23rd of this year I had a wreck in my personal vehicle, due to it being Friday most major rental companies didn’t have any available vehicles in the Atlanta area. So without many options I decided to give this company a try in order to continue traveling to north Georgia then back home here in South Georgia & I instantly regretted. The vehicle I rented continuously ran hot & the road side service was never available, I called the company back to report the conditions of the vehicle and instead of reassuring my safety they told me that they could swap it out the next day after telling me prior that there wasn’t anything available in replacement of my rental due to plenty of reservations. I had to buy nearly 10 jugs of water, coolant, & oil for the vehicle as if it was my person vehicle now I’m in the process of trying to retrieve reimbursement & even though I paid for additional mileage... their brewing excuse is I drove too many miles \u200d️ DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
These guys are the best. This was my 1st time renting through a cash rental company. I was really upset with my insurance company. I needed a rental badly. They treated my with the upmost respect. Tjey are very nice people with a large variety of vehicles to choose from. If you're looking for reliable transportation with reasonable rates. They are it!
