I rented a frozen drink machine from Jonesboro Rental Center. The people working their have a process to follow when you rent something. You must have verification of address, not a big deal. You fill out some paperwork, pick up the machine on Friday and bring the machine back by Monday at noon. Easy process and the people working are helpful as to instruction for the drinks. You flush the machine with warm water and return it. They even help you get it in and out of the car. Helpful business, nice people and we will rent from them again. Thank you for making our event memorable!

Awesome customer service and the staff is extremely friendly. I rented chairs for an event an the process was simple and top the point. The chairs were comfortable and sturdy. If you are having an event and need equipment, this is the place to go.

No one wore a mask in the middle of a PANDEMIC! Please tell me why, after my friend signed papers to rent, a Caucasian man with NO mask approached our van, no social distancing, to ask for my husband’s driver’s license. He said he needed to see his license because the renter was in a separate vehicle. The Renter Is Responsible Regardless if the items were in her vehicle or ours! What’s really going on? Never Again!!!!!!
