They use a robot calling system that calls and immediately places you in a line to wait for someone to answer. Horrible business practice. I would recommend that if you are company using this service that you find another, more customer friendly, provider or demand they change their business practices. The representative I received the call from also sounded as if she had just woken up and had a pitiful attitude.
