Bridal Bliss was really our only sub-par vendor for our wedding. We rented plates, glasses and silverware from them. Before the wedding, they had really poor communication, we’d call several times throughout the day with no answer and they had a full voice mailbox so we were unable to leave a message(We should have taken this sign). We even struggled to get ahold of them when we were trying to pay them! When we did get in contact with them, communication was short and to the point, which was fine, and they always assured us everything was good and taken care of. Day of the wedding, everything was left at the venue from the night before (they had been there for another wedding and just left it there for us for the next morning – which was fine with us, we had talked about it beforehand). Once our decorators started setting up, there were several mishaps- first, we were 30 sets of silverware short. I’m not completely sure how we got this settled, as our caterer just told us she took care of it. On top of that the silverware that we did have was water stained – bless our decorators (Vintage Country Event Rentals) for wiping each piece of silverware off with a cloth to make it less noticeable. Another minor detail was that one wine glass was replaced with a water glass (not a big deal to me, one person just got 2 wine glasses instead of a water glass and wine glass,(plus they looked similar) but it’s worth mentioning) We did learn that there was a death in the family of our main contact the week before our wedding, and while we are sorry that that happened, he should have handed it off to someone else if he wasn’t able to provide what we paid for. 80% of our “panic moments” on the day of the wedding were due to Bridal Bliss – I would definitely find another rental company if I had it to do over.
