He was very quick to respond with answers for all of our questions and he was able to make a same-day appointment to visit our home and show us samples of what we were considering purchasing. He provided a quick estimate and helped us measure to figure out how much product we would need to cover our floors. We cannot say enough positive things! Highly recommend.

We've used Johnson Floor & Home twice in the past year. First, for the installation of vinyl plank flooring in our spare bedroom. Experience was done without any issues and the installers were top-notch. More recently we had carpet taken up in our living room & wood-look tile installed. Jerry did a great job helping me pick out the color, etc. I'm sure he was glad when the process was over as I think I was a real pain, vacillating back & forth about what I wanted, was the tile too dark, would it be too glossy, etc.! He was very patient with me, I must say. There were issues with broken tile and that delayed the installing by a few days. Once the installers got there, they worked quickly & did a great job. The flooring looks fabulous and my friends have complimented how good my living room looks. Thanks for being patient with me and doing such a great job at making my house look up-to-date. Will certainly be contacting them again when I'm ready for new carpet in the master bedroom.
