Phoenix is an amazing place to work for. Everyone is so nice and you get treated with not just respect but understanding. They have gone above and beyond with me when I needed time off for my kids, they checked on my well being and offered kind words of encouragement. They are always there whenever you may need them for whatever reason. Even if its not work related. They treat you like family and truly care. I adore working for phoenix.

I have been with Phoenix almost a year and I wouldn’t trade my job for anything. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They make you feel welcomed as soon as you come through the doors! Update:. For the second time in 3months the Phoenix employee was a no call no show for her shift. Luckily family checked on her around lunchtime only to find she was all alone and had not had proper care. No one called to make arrangements with family or anything. I called to find out what the problem was to and someone was supposed to call me back. I'm still waiting on the call to come in 3 hours later! The workers call in all the time! This weekend the aide was a NCNS and left my disabled family member alone for hours.
Current employee. Love my job. Supervisors are easy to work with. Work/ home life very gratifying.
