Arrived at store 45 min before close to get 3 new phones 2 on one account 1 on another. Which I informed them of the last phone while getting first two. After getting first two phones I went to get third phone and was informed I'm sorry I forgot about that phone we closed out the register we can't do that tonight. I live 45 min from the store and this was a phone for a grandmother that had broke hers earlier in the day. So it's either drive back tomorrow or wait until Tues to get one shipped.
