I have been dealing with Jorgensen Co. for years, at least since 1990. I have found the servicemen to excellent, well trained and punctual. I don't know who John is, but one of the best reasons to deal with Valley owned businesses is that if you don't like something, talk to the owner! As a business owner myself, I love it when customers talk to me, for good or ill.
They used to be a good company to work with but now they are completely unresponsive.
They don't even deserve one star!!!! John is rude we hired them for 8 of our stores and they billed us for another locations that we have no association with I tried explaining myself and he wouldn't let me speak and interrupted me when I did say something. He ended up hanging up on me. Anyway these people are unprofessional and unless you want a headache do not deal with them.
