I've been searching all over town for a particular record to give my girlfriend for Christmas. I called yesterday, and although they did not have it, the person I spoke to, Chris, was very helpful, going the extra mile to look it up on the computer, and even checking the status of an incoming order so I could call again when the shipment arrived. I called again today before the shipment arrived, so they took my number and offered to call me whether or not it came in. Very nice and extremely helpful, going the extra mile simply for someone on the phone.

Great selection and friendly staff. I love visiting record stores and chatting with people who are as passionate about music as I am. The staff was helpful and patient, the store was beautiful, and I picked up some memorable items.
Very nice employees could use a lil more work on organization but other then that found classic gems
my buddies ..love,love ,love them ! best record store here in kc since the one closed down years ago in westport.im here all the time and coached a group from mill's record's to go to josey's ,and they did !
Music lovers can only wish there were more places like this one. The LP collection is insane. You can spend hours learning about music. The assistant was super nice and helpful. Lastly, the building is worth visiting.
