My family stays here every single year. Place is nice and very family friendly. We tend to rent the whole place and it turns into a semi private hotel( minus Mrs. Joys family that is there. Always a great stay. May not be the most equiped rooms but the service and atmosphere make up for anybshort comings.
We absolutely love Joy Lee Apartments. They are welcoming, clean affordable, friendly, private. Our family has been enjoying Caroline Beach for 20 years. My husband and I decided to try Joy Lee's about 5 years ago. We won't stay anywhere else.!
We loved this place. It was so nice right by the beach, and the people treated us like family. This will be our go to place when we go back. Finding this place was a answer to our prayers.

Nice apartments and pool. Beach access is right across the road and the boardwalk is walking distance. Ms. Joy is a wonderful host and very sweet.
Family friendly. Great staff
My experience was one thvat I would repeat over and over again this place was awesome and I recommend anyone to come here on vacation.
