I Had the opportunity to purchase a few Joy Susan light-weight scarves this summer at a lovely Boutique store called “Summerhouse” in Edenton NC. I have fallen in love with the artistic designs, colors and materials of these scarves! I visited the Joy Susan website for the first time today. With the great customer service, I received from Jasalyn at the corporate headquarters, I will be ordering more of the Joy Susan scarves and accessories as gifts my family and friends.

Love these products and the customer service is top notch! Best cross body wallet I have ever owned. Strong construction and beautiful leather. Holds my cash, all of my cards and my phone perfectly. I broke one of the fasteners that attaches the strap to the wallet and they immediately shipped out a brand new strap to replace my broken one! Highly recommend!

I received the Kate cross body as a Christmas gift and fell in love. I can carry everything I may need and be completely hands free. It looks great and feels comfortable. After a few months, the back zipper split. I reached out to Joy Susan and they sent me a free replacement. The customer service team was great to work with. There are not a whole lot of companies that will send you a replacement product like. I absolutely recommend supporting this company!

I LOVE my Joy Susan clutch! It is both beautiful and practical! I don't carry anything else since I've purchased it. Recently, I needed to have the wrist strap replaced. The customer service team was very helpful and professional. They went above and beyond making the situation right. Joy Susan just earned a customer for life!

I had some construction done at my house including my closets. Somewhere in all the mess my should strap and wristlett strap went missing. I contacted the company (Alyssa Hurley Customer Support Rep) who promptly offered to send me new straps from the factory (without charge). I received them 3 days after my e-mail to the company. I was already in love with these little purses for their workmanship, choice of colors and uniqueness and Alyssa was the frosting on the cake. Nice job!

Two years ago I discovered a Joy Susan bag in a beach boutique and have loved it ever since! I get so many compliments on my original North South Tote and have purchased several more in different colors! The quality is amazing and with the very affordable price, you can own more than one! Their customer service is always gracious and prompt if you have a question! I highly recommend this wonderful company and their incredible bags!

Love the variety of vegan handbags. They are beautiful and you would never know they’re vegan leather. I did have a problem with 1 of the purses I bought; however, Alyssa sent me out a replacement handbag promptly. It was a pleasure dealing with the company.
