We have never been before, so we decided to try it out... I had a side of Biscuits n gravy. My daughter ordered the Jr. Snowman cake and it was adoreable looking... But... Unfortunately that was it.. The gravy was like eating a full bite of salt with a piece of buscuit... The pancake did not taste like a pancake... I can't even explain the taste... I told one server about how salty it was and she was very sweet and apologized and took it away.. She was not my actual server. I overheard that she was training today.. The server we did have, was not around much at all.. When I told her about the gravy being too salty, she explained to me how the food was really good when she started and that the man who made the gravy before no longer works there. She brought me my bill and I paid 3.99 for half of a biscuit. All in all the food is not worth going back for. And the service didn't remotely come close to even making us consider going back. Being in the restaurant business for many many years, I can honestly say they need a lot of work all around.

Service was terrible. Waitresses were running around looking lost and overwhelmed. After waiting for an hour we got a refill on drinks and the waitress talked to us about why the wait was so long, they were extremely busy. So much so they ran out of cups and had to switch to to-go cups and turn people away. While it was busy, I dont think it was because of the amount of business. It seemed more to be on waiting for the kitchen to prepare the food. Speaking of the food, it wasn't fresh at all. Everything that could be frozen and reheated was.
A little bit of a wait (maybe 10 mins?), but worth it. Really great turkey melt!
Recently if you guys have been following my reviews you know how I roll I had to bring the whole Posse up to Jubilee Diner today. After appetizers of fried mushrooms and a salad we dug into some of the best home cooking you could imagine. I had country fried steak mashed potatoes green beans and you know the best country fried steak only needs a fork to dig in and cut it up. Be sure to stop by and check this restaurant out you'd be mad if you didn't. I lovingly give a full five stars to this restaurant.
If you're traveling through and stuck in bay traffic, this is a great place to stop to get a quality meal for reasonable prices. I had the Greek Omelette this morning and it was so good!
A real find, I always order the Hash and Eggs! (Hint, it's not on the menu) ...Sorry I like catsup...
The food was really good and the service was excellent ask for Allison she's the best...
Both stars are credited to the food and the waitress that helped us when ours was nowhere to be found. I have had her once before and thought perhaps the service was so poor because the restaurant was busier. After sitting in a nearly empty restaurant and seeing her only three times in an hour, I will be sure to request anyone else. She took our order and delivered the checks. Never refilled drinks, didn’t even bring the food, and was absently walking around, standing at the front, or even walking outside to talk to someone in a car. The ticket said Casey, and she has tattoos. Do not sit in her section if you want to see your server at all. Very very displeased. Love the diner though.
