I enjoyed seeing Wolves and hearing howling. Tour guides were well informed. Covid precautions need to be strengthened. One adult and one child in my group had obvious respiratory illnesses - coughing sneezing etc. and should have been screened out to protect the group staff and animals.

A relaxing experience, in a small group, with a knowledgeable guide. You'll only see a few wolves since most are intended to remain wild and free of human contact before returning to their natural habitat. The entry fee may seem high but not so if you view it as a contribution to the center's amazing work & mission. A nice way to spend a Sunday near Julian.
This was while staying at the KQ Ranch. Great speaker and gave a lot of information about wolves and how they live what they do for them. My daughters just loved it and the wolves
This is a must see if you have the opportunity to come here, the information shared and the passion from the volunteers contagious. The wolfs if you are lucky do see them are worth every dollar spent, the gift shop is humble but the fact that every donation helps the wolves you just want to give all the money there. Small presentation is full and packed with information. Overall this is a wonderful place for all, and it's very easy to digest the information. Kids will be super into it, there was so much joy on a little girl that was so into it, she didn't move our spoke because she was so into it.
Don't expect to do any walk or hike in the wild. It isn't a one hour tour. It's a 5min walk from the parking lot. And you will only see some wolves in a very tiny cage turning around with nowhere to go Don't waste your money and time.
