I spoke to Aaron weeks ahead to reserve a bounce house slide combo with a Disney Frozen banner for my daughters 3rd birthday. I gave the date and address and they confirmed availability and said that would work perfect. I then called 2-3 days before Saturday the 16th to check when the waterslide would be delivered and setup. Arron told me he would be be here at 11am and was aware the party was at 2pm. 11am was just fine for us for the delivery. 11:45am. Still no slide and I called Arron. Said you told me you’d be here at 11am is everything okay? He informed me he had issues with his truck in the morning and was running behind but assured me he’d be here for setup before 2pm. His exactly words was, “Don’t worry I got you.” From 1:30pm-3:30pm several of us called his number and no answer as my daughter was standing there asking where her slide was. I hope this company is proud of how they have no care for the customers and made a little 3 year old girl cry on her birthday because her slide never came.
