Always fresh food and a bit of a culture lesson each time we stop—and yes, we HAVE TO stop anytime we see her food truck in town. So much heart is put into her dishes. If you haven’t tried her fried plantains, you ain’t living!!! I’d give this lady my whole paycheck if I could. Praying for a brick and mortar so we can enjoy it the food more often. Love and respect, JC loves you!!!!

Her food is fantastic! My wife and I eat here all the time, and my wife wants it catered for her birthday! Great food! I will tell you that I hate coleslaw, but I will eat her coleslaw every day of the week! FANTASTIC every time.
