Wondering what the point of the door screeners are if they are just going to let people through? I have seen on more then one occasion where they have let people with covid symptoms come in. I have seen them tell people to got to Alpha Care they can test you? Well I've been in Alpha Care with a friend and thier little one to get shots. Not a place to be sending covid like symptoms or those wanting to be tested for covid if you are sending healthy kids thier to get shots. Those thermometers are a freaking joke. Who really has a temp of 94.5?

Dr. Khoury delivered my baby boy. I could not be happier with the care I received!! The nursing staff was amazing! My husband and I received a special meal post partum and it was phenomenal! I'm just overall happy and grateful! Thank you!!! My only complaint is the cafeteria being closed on Thanksgiving so my husband was unable to get something to eat. Administration should really reconsider altering hours as opposed to completely being closed.

Prior to my visit, I had lab work which I always dread, the technician had trouble getting enough blood, and she didn’t keep poking and prodding, she had another technician come assist. I had a wonderful experience with Chris Gardiner’s office. It was extremely nice not to have to wait in the waiting room forever. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Nurse Allison is very efficient and thorough, as well as caring about their patients. If you’re looking for a physician, I would highly recommend Chris Gardiner and his amazing staff.

I don’t think I have ever felt so disappointed in this hospital. I used to be an employee here, and not once did I ever receive poor patient care nor hear about it until today. My husband injured his tailbone, he went to the ER and they did not perform an assessment aside from asking him questions, they failed to comply to his comfort by making him sit in a wheelchair for transport instead of non-slip socks/shoes with a walker and gait belt, and the worst part is they failed to prescribe him ANY medication, not even ibuprofen. We went to the clinic and they stated the plan of care would remain the same, although we expressed concerns for it not working due to the fact that we have been doing everything we can for him since Sunday. I have never felt so frustrated with this hospital, let alone so betrayed by them. I gave two stars because the nurses working with us in the clinic were nice. I will be driving to manhattan or Abilene from now on.

Treated rudely by ER Staff and had to wait extremely long for a simple xray. DO NOT GO TO GEARY, GO TO VIA CHRISTI IN MANHATTAN!!!!!!!
