They were great to work with my schedule and help with the truck I was looking at. The check engine light came on three weeks after I purchased the truck. They were sure to get me in as quick as possible to take a look and found it was a faulty oil pressure sensor. They fixed it and got me back on the road at no charge since I was still under the 30 day warranty. I highly recommend working with Rafael in the sales department.

ONE NAME: RAFAEL! Having dealt with a few dealers over the course of a couple three weeks and having zero luck with customer service or consistent communication. I was at my wits end and decided to give it one last shot with a dealership in Kansas. Now keep in mind I had tried to strike deals in Texas, Indiana, Massachusetts and Michigan (my home state), and no one wanted to put the work into getting a deal done. I would like to thank the team at Jim Clark's for going above and beyond from beginning to end. My first point of contact was Mr. Rafael! He truly is a salesman at heart and genuinely cares about his clients. the business and final numbers for his customers. Had a really great experience with their salesman named Pat. He was very friendly, reasonable and understanding. He didn’t try to push too hard or came up with some silly salesman tricks. Just the usual. I’m happy with my new car and i would definitely recommend buying a car from them.

Service center always disappointed me. They never stick with timelines they tell people. Told car would be finished Friday, come Monday morning they hadn’t even started work on it. I also had to come back 2-3 times to fix the same issue that was never fixed and the services writes and tech would just make excuses instead of taking responsibility. I will be taking my New Chevy Colorado to Holm in Abilene.. The sales side of the dealership is awesome tho!

So I wanted to update my initial review, sadly I can't give out more stars but this is not the first correspondence from this team and its not like we bought a new car. It was used, maybe 15k dollars so nothing significant but the wife loved it. They have not been pushy come buy more cars, but for sure making sure they stay at the forefront of out minds when we think about cars. Well executed and classy through and through. ****When dealing with cars the most important thing is a courtesy and attentive staff. Every person i interacted with was awesome. Quick and painless process. Very impressed.
