Thought this was an ok place, up until the pandemic started. I am a diabetic and I had so much trouble with my blood sugars getting out of control, the PA that I had always told me I didn't need to be seen, I needed to refrain from coming in and then never followed up on any of my return calls. Not very professional if you ask me

This is a low income clinic and even though I have insurance and could go anywhere I want really, I choose this clinic. It has some amazing staff who go well above and beyond for their patients and their pharmacy will always get you the lowest possible price on every drug. I wish KPCHC was everywhere.

Me and my son went here and I’ll say they did good with my son but as for me I felt as though they kept quiet on a lot of information I could’ve been informed about and went around things I really needed to know. I had to get a procedure done and after that was done I went back twice like 3 months after the procedure for a check up and another 3 months later and complained to them both visits how my front left tooth was aching and the way it reacts to cold and hot foods and beverages, it got looked at the first time and something was applied to my gum line that was a quick fix. the second time I was told they didn’t see anything wrong and only said “the issue isn’t going to be a long lasting issue” .to make a long story short I went and looked at my dental records to see what all they put down on there and it was almost empty, they only made sure to put down what all I paid for. They didn’t chart down my complications during my visits... now I’m having to find another dentist who’ll be able to give me legit help and reverse what’s happening to me. Mind you I got the procedure done a year ago and I’m still having issues and pain. If you come here ask questions and don’t let it go so quickly. (I came back to edit some errors I made because google just sent me an email saying my review is the most viewed, I really hope everybody who’s reading this take heed)

I really didn't have much issues with my providers. My therapist was and is the best I've had. But they handled a request for cancelation of all appts out of frustration horribly. And then treats me as if I made a bomb threat or something. My kids can continue to be seen there but I have to have someone else take them for me. Like seriously

Aside from feeling like nobody here really cares about my health. I got birth control here and the nurse practitioner didn’t give me a pregnancy test. A month later a rolled up pea ice of flesh and veins came out of me. I had to see someone else since my NP was out of town. She said it was a blood clot and that there was no use in testing it. Then she offered me a flu shot. I made another appointment this time with my usual NP and she said it was gelatinous discharge. It took me a while to tell management there but so far nothing has been done other than switch my NP. Even before this all happened they made it seem like they care more about money than they do my health because I’m on a sliding scale fee. So they would do certain tests on me because it was expensive. Sadly this is the only place I can afford
