I just want to start off my saying that this place needs to be SHUT DOWN! This is the most filthy and disgusting place I have ever set foot in. I visited this store today, and when I walked in, there was this \bum\ like character sitting in the store barely aware of this surroundings! As I walked around this hoarder of a store, the gentleman followed my child and me into every room we went into. I was looking at a vase that was overpriced, and when I looked at his way he pulled a bottle of liquor/whiskey out from his pocket and poured it into a Burger King cup with Pepsi and drank it right in front of my daughter and myself. The store manager Joyce was not even at the store from what the neighboring cupcake store associate said. The cupcake employee told me that the manager always left this drunk \in charge\ when she wasn't at the store. When she finally arrived about 15 minutes later, I confronted her about what I saw and she said that he was just a customer and she really didn't know him that well, and only that he only volunteered. She then said that I could call the police and make a report sarcastically and if that was all I wanted from her, then she had better things to worry about besides my crap. I told her how unprofessional that was, and she told me \to get the hell outta her store\. I walked to my car, and as I was backing out she put the \customer drunk\ in her car and they drove off together!!! Trust me, you do NOT want to put yourself in the presence of the nastiness of this store and the very unprofessional owner named Joyce and her alcoholic volunteer! STAY AWAY!!!!
