I bought a used Mazda back in June of 2020. They did were a wonderful place to purchase a car from. Yesterday, I took it in because it was making some noises when I braked. They took a look and replaced rotors that were warped. Since I had not driven that many miles since buying it, they replaced them for free! They were amazingly nice and helpful. Alicia Thomas was my service advisor and she as so helpful and kept me updated on what was going on. Such a great experience and wonderful place and people!!!

Wonderful, no pressure, buying experience from Kelly Thompson. He did a great job explaining all the features of the vehicle. For a small deposit they held the CX-9 until my insurance claim was completed. Bryon in finance explain how Junge focuses on customer service which was clear in their warranty options. He worked hard to get me the best rate. Sales manager was the best, my kiddo was hungry and begging for McDonald’s so he got him a happy meal so I could finish my car purchase in peace. What a great experience.
Enjoyable buying experience. The staff is friendly. Brandon had the car I wanted to test drive right up front and ready. Ben the finance manager made paper work seamless . Great experience. I forgot my appointment, but they let me bring in my vehicle as soon as I could, performed the warranty work, and even washed it. Superb!
I take my truck to get worked on there and I don't think I would take it anywhere else they always have done a tremendous job with any of the repairs that I have needed. In they have always kept it at a competitive price. They don't force me in the sixes that aren't really needed and always leave it up to the customer which is nice. When I eventually have to replace this vehicle I believe I will give junge the 1st shot at trying to find what I need.
From the moment I called to the minute I walked out the door with my new Mazda, I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Paul was absolutely amazing at showing me some vehicles that sparked my interest and made me feel at ease the whole time. Ben and Andrew were also great, very easy to talk to and always made sure I was being well taken care of. So glad I chose to come here, would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I worked with Thomas at Junge Mazda and had an excellent experience. After being harassed and pushed to buy a car in Iowa City, I went up to Junge Mazda. Thomas did an excellent job helping me find a car I really like. I got the new CX-30 and really like it. I never felt pushed to make a purchase and the team at Junge Mazda came up with a great offer that I accepted. I know buying a car can be a hassle, but it was an excellent experience at Junge Mazda. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
