The office feels delightfully non-institutional and inviting as far as medical practices go. Staff are friendly and courteous and medical personnel are down to earth. When I see Dr. Evans, she always remembers who I am - I don't feel like a number. Additionally, I am completely confident in the care provided through the practice and especially Dr. Evans.

Stay away if you are taking a benzodiazapine, dr evans instructions on a prescription she did not write, threw me into withdrawal, when I called her assistant they didn't call back, ever! Must be because

I’m giving Juniper Family Medicine a generous 2 star rating only because my doctor was so wonderful (when I was lucky enough to have an actual appointment with my doctor and not a PA). I rarely go to the doctor as-is but when I really needed to get in I was consistently told by the office staff that my doctor was BOOKED OUT FOR THREE MONTHS!! My last straw was when I asked the office lady to have my doctor call me about an urgent matter (as my doctor informed me to do) but that front desk woman refused to pass my message along and said “if it’s so urgent you should go to Urgent Care.” This situation happened back in December 2019 so I can only hope that woman has since been replaced so no other patients are mistreated the way I was. I do not recommend Juniper Family Medicine.
