This stuff works! Having had no experience or exposure to Hypnotherapy, I wasn't sure what to expect or even ask, but I was drawn to Mrs. Anthony because of her compassion and approachability. She was incredibly good at working with me to focus on certain topics I wanted help with. When it came time to the actual hypnosis itself, I felt safe and conscious through it all, and was able to receive more clarity than I expected. A session with Sandra is an incredible experience and I highly recommend working with her - you will get results. Also check out the Color Light Aroma Sound therapy...it is incredible..
