2021 UPDATED! GREAT FOR FAMILIES. Their boats and Jet Skis are ALL so nice! You do have to book in advance but their new waiting list feature allows you to sometimes secure items last minute. The dock hands at the Harbourside location are very helpful and always give you an overview of the boat. They will even hook up the bluetooth for you! Over all the best deal in boating! Why would I own when I can \Jet Ride\!!

We have been members for going on three years and it’s not worth it. They keep changing things for the worse. For example our past 3 reservations that we made months in advance were cancelled due to the “weather” all 3 days were sunny and the wind was 15mph all the people we know in the boating world would say that’s a light day for the intercostal. Don’t waste your money, this is only a glimpse of the issues.
Okay okay, after reading these reviews i was a bit wary before joining JetRide. After 3 months i can say it has made this summer so much better, my family is usually busy with baseball during the summer but COVID-19 changed that. I think most people haven't looked around at the current situation of the world and have yet to notice boating is the only safe option most of us have. I would recommend JetRide to those who understand the current situation and are willing to wait a few weeks to get a schedule started, we go every other weekend and on occasion a weekday night. I feel bad for JetRide getting reviews from people who clearly think the world revolves around them.

Need your attention! They sell you on the idea of using a new boat or 2 wave runners anytime you want. I've been waiting more than three weeks out before I can get the smallest boat in the fleet that's under powered. I picked up this 19 foot boat with a 90 hp outboard, it was filthy! There was soda spilled all over the boat, there was half of a joint left on the floor of the boat. The propeller was bent so the vibration it caused was uncomfortable and less than one hour into our ride the oil light came on and we had to return the boat. There were several other boats at the marina, but they would not let us take another boat. Total rip off, terrible service and they don't answer their phones or return calls. Stay away, this is not a boat club you want to be involved with!!!
