Got a referral to come here from Palms West Hospital due to extreme bruising, and blood work being off. Dr. Katz didn’t take my concerns into consideration/ would not look at pictures I have documented over the past few weeks of it, and laughed it off. Receptionists changed already scheduled appointments Three times. Been two weeks and still waiting on my blood work, will not be returning!

The staff here is so friendly and helpful! They made me feel right at home and went out of their way to make me comfortable during the hardest time I've ever had to go through. Dr. Reich is very helpful, made my treatment easy to understand, and is a genuinely kind person. They provide treatment right in the facility, and the staff treat you just like family. They've also given me the most painless IV I've ever had, which was a huge plus from me. Overall, I have an amazing experience every time I go in!

I’ve been coming to this office for a little over a month. Every single phone call and physical visit I have had an attitude problem with Robin at the front desk. She is quick to transfer the line before she asks what you need on the phone and every time you ask her a question she acts like she is bothered. The only reason this office is getting a two star rating instead of a one star rating is because Amanda, Dr. Schapiro’s nurse, is the sweetest woman in all of the land. She’s patient and kind and without her, I would have left the practice a long time ago. There are a lot of people in the world that need a job. Get rid of Robin and find someone who actually is appreciative and enjoys helping patients like you should when you work at a medical office.
