Purchased a home and had them inspect it. They did not find the structural leaks in the walls, or identify that the double pane windows were needing replacement due to marks within the double pane. Overall cost of all these repairs is close to 10,000. would never use them again. Inspector was Chris.

I have used or recommended Kenco in the past to perform inspections for my clients who were purchasing homes. In this case, due to the size of the home and property, the owner and two of his assistants did the inspection. They were on time, professional and courteous. Report was comprehensive and relatively easy to comprehend. Tons of photos accompanied the massive report. After completion, Ken and his team gave the prospective buyer a succinct summary and were available to answer questions. I will recommend them again.
Kenco performed a pre-purchase home inspection for me. They were responsive in setting the date. Two technicians came and spent almost 3 hours inspecting the 3600 sq ft home. They also did wind mitigation and roof certification for insurance, and a mold (spore) test. I received a 67 page report with color pix and a 16 page summary in 2 days. The lead tech took my call and answered all questions to my satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with my Kenco experience. Highly recommend for home inspections.
This is the second time I have used Kenco for home inspections, including wind mitigation. He and his team are very thorough and do a great job explaining all their findings. Highly recommended.
