I have to leave a great review because Will, who drew my blood, did an excellent job. I usually have trouble with blood draws and sometimes I pass out after it takes a few tries to find the vein, but not this time. Will was amazing. Also, the facility is clean and well run. Sharon in the front was constantly disinfecting and greeting each person that walked in. She is friendly and professional. I will return for any other lab work.

If I could give a one star I would. I would never recommend anyone to go to this quest diagnostics if they want to get work done. My family and I have been going to this location for many many years. Today my elderly mother went in for an appointment to get her blood drawn and was reprimanded by Bobby a rude nurse. All she asked was if she could take her temperature on her wrist (due to medical reasons why she can’t get it done on her forehead). Instead of the lady being kind and compassionate, she lambasted her in front of the whole waiting room that if she didn’t want to take her temperature she could just go home and she won’t see her. That is very rude and unprofessional of someone. Especially since that person has no knowledge of the personal history of the elderly person. She did not refuse to take her temperature just simply requested it be taken in a different location. If this is how you treat your elderly population I hope you go out of business.

Great turnaround time. I think they had 5 people (phlebotomist's?) working/drawing blood when I arrived on a Tuesday morning - good amount compared to one of the West Palm locations I have been to. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes which was impressive for the amount of people lined up outside of the door. The woman who drew my blood was great too.

GROSSLY UNPROFESSIONAL Arbitrarily changes appointment rules they've had for years and doesn't inform clients. Has gone 100% electronic only sign-in and staff avoids all contact with clients, making it impossible to find out what's going on. SHUTS OFF the appointment board, your only source of information, because \it was causing fights in the lobby\. No, Quest, what's causing fights is your treatment of people like electronic cattle and instead of expanding and staffing-up due to the emergency you just expect people to be mind readers. Maybe COMMUNICATING with your clients is too much to ask? Some of us have serious medical conditions and cannot be standing around guessing what your new policies will be. Your own system advises it will call or text you after checking-in, but if too early for your appointment it cancels your check-in WITH NO NOTICE.. Then, when you finally get someone to speak with you they admonish you for coming too early and tell you to come back later????? After waiting in the sun for over an hour??? I know it's a time of crisis, but it is companies like this that take all the profits from the extra testing but fail to improve service that make it unbearable on everyone. Felt worse than a trip to the DMV, will permanently be taking my business elsewhere.

THIS SITE SHOULD BE CLOSED!!!! THE CORPORATE OFFICE ISNT HELPING THESE EMPLOYEES GET THE SUPPORT THEY NEED TO RUN THIS OFFICE!! THEY HAVE NO COMPUTERS! NO PHONES! NO WAY TO SEE DR ORDERS! IT IS A DISASTER! THE POOR EMPLOYEES ARE NOT GETTING THE SUPPORT THEY NEED TO DO THEIR JOB AND HELP PEOPLE IN A TIME OF NEED. QUEST CORPORATE OFFICE I HOPE YOU SEE THIS AND HELP THEM! THIS IS TERRIBLE! NO ONLINE APPOINTMENTS ARE HONORED!!!!!
